though, i have decided to keep the skill "Fire Fang" as is.
And I, not being very fluent in chinese, tought that Fire tooth dog was making a "Ya!" sound. when in reality it was saying its name like a pokemon so "Ya" has been changed to "tooth".
Hereditary skills were techniques inherited from the ancestors and didn't require postnatal learning. Fire Fang was a masterstroke that most Fire Tooth Dogs would inherit from their lineage.
Although hereditary skills were innate, don't expect a newborn cub to be able to unleash it immediately. There's a gradual process for everything.
Humans are born with the ability to eat, but they start with drinking milk as they grow their teeth.
Skill proficiency starts with the Novice level and then advances to the Proficient level.
Novice-level skills have limited power, belonging to techniques that have just been grasped.

Qiao Sang stared at the Red Crystal Fruit in a daze.
